We hope you LOVE your purchase...but if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) for a full refund, tags still on please. 

Contact us by email at smokeyroseapparel@gmail.com to make a return request.  We will email instructions from there. We recommend that returns be shipped with a service providing a tracking number, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

If we receive an item after the 14 day policy, or if we find any signs of wear or damage, no refund will be issued.

U.S. shipping fees and duty are not refundable.

EXCHANGES

You may exchange an item for a different size or color based on stock availability.  Simply purchase the same item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out).  The  item for exchange will be shipped to you free of charge.

All items to be exchanged must be received within the 14 day window, sorry no exceptions.

U.S. customers are responsible for shipping (based on weight) and duty.

Are Duties and Taxes included in the price?

No, customers are required to pay for their own countries duties and taxes.
